What this agreement will cover
- SNOOF's role as a technology marketplace — accounts, listings, requests, messaging, payments, and recordkeeping — and what SNOOF does not do (own, handle, transport, supervise, or evaluate animals).
- Membership terms: platform access, monthly experience credits, renewal, cancellation.
- Member eligibility, including the requirement that members be 18 or older and complete third-party identity verification.
- The request-and-approval model: every experience is a request the listing organization may approve or decline; the organization may end any experience at any time.
- The member's agreement to follow each listing organization's animal-specific rules, requirements, and restrictions.
- Temporary custody: handoff and return occur directly between the member and the organization's representative.
- Acknowledgment of the inherent risks of interacting with animals.
- Incident reporting obligations.
- Assumption of risk, releases, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions — to be drafted and approved by counsel.
