Every animal goes through vaccination verification and a temperament screening, and every owner completes identity and background checks. Your pet's comfort always comes first: owners set the schedule, approve every visit, and can pause anytime.
Our vetting covers three layers: health (current vaccination records verified by our team), temperament (a structured behavior screening focused on calmness and comfort with strangers), and trust (owner identity verification and background checks). All standards will be fully in place before the first visit ever happens.
We're starting with dogs and cats, since they're the companions most people miss. Over time we plan to welcome other gentle animals — rabbits, and beyond — wherever a visit is safe and genuinely enjoyable for the animal.
