What this agreement will cover
- The organization's continuous ownership and control of its animals, and its sole authority over listings, eligibility, rules, restrictions, approvals, and terminations.
- The organization's representations: accurate disclosure of known behavior history (including bite or aggression history), medical needs, and handling requirements for each participating animal.
- Insurance expectations and evidence of coverage — to be defined with an insurance broker and counsel.
- Payment terms: per-experience amounts paid to the organization via Stripe.
- Direct handoff and return procedures between the organization's representative and the member.
- Incident reporting and cooperation.
- SNOOF's role and limitations as a technology marketplace.
- Indemnification, term, termination, and other provisions — to be drafted and approved by counsel.
