Your animals could use
an afternoon out.

SNOOF members are animal lovers who can't own a pet right now — and they pay for a membership to spend meaningful time with yours. Your animals get more one-on-one attention and enrichment — through experiences your organization offers and defines; your organization receives financial support for every completed experience. You decide which animals participate, what each experience may involve, and approve every request — SNOOF provides the marketplace underneath.

A handful of experiences across your adoptable dogs and cats each week adds up quickly — and every experience is enrichment, too.

Why organizations partner with SNOOF

Your animals. Your rules. Your call.

Nothing happens without your approval. From your Partner Portal your organization manages:

  • Each animal's availability — days, times, and blackout dates
  • Which booking requests you accept or decline
  • Each animal’s profile, photos, approved activities, and visit lengths
  • Bookings, support received, and messages with members

And SNOOF provides the marketplace underneath — accounts, identity verification through a third-party service, requests, messaging, and payments. Members also meet adoptable animals in real life, and sometimes an experience becomes a forever home. Never required. Always possible.

How it works

Five simple steps to your first experience.

Apply

Tell us about your organization and an animal you'd like to enroll. We hand-review every application.

Get Verified

Caregiver identity verification and each animal’s vaccination record keep everyone safe.

3

Create Animal Profiles

Photos, personality, approved activities, availability — you build the profiles members fall in love with.

4

Support from completed experiences goes straight to your organization’s account through Stripe.

Which animals are a fit?

Friendly animals. Trusted organizations.

We’re looking for social, well-cared-for dogs and cats who genuinely enjoy people — and shelters and rescues who know their animals well. You decide who participates and what each animal’s approved activities are.

Friendly, social animals

Comfortable around new people and genuinely enjoy attention — easy-going walkers, adventure dogs, and calm couch cats all shine.

Your organization provides each animal’s rabies vaccination record as part of its listing.

A caregiver who passes verification

Identity verification for the responsible caregiver — free, quick, and handled through our trusted partner Stripe.

Questions

What shelters & rescues ask us.

Your organization receives a set amount per completed booking: $45 for a 2-hour visit, $90 for a 4-hour visit, and $160 for an 8-hour visit. Totals depend on availability and how many bookings you accept — amounts aren’t guaranteed.

Support payments go through Stripe, directly to your organization’s account. Bank details go to Stripe — SNOOF never stores them. Payments from completed visits are sent according to SNOOF’s payout schedule and Stripe’s processing timelines.

Only identity-verified SNOOF members can request a booking, and every visit is tied to their membership — so there’s always a record of who booked, when, and for how long. You see every request before anything is confirmed.

No. Every booking request comes to your organization first, and you confirm or decline it from your Partner Portal. Nothing is ever booked without your approval — and you can pause any animal at any time.

Every member completes identity verification, books through their own SNOOF account, and agrees to SNOOF’s community standards before their first visit — so every visit is tied to a real, accountable person with a booking history and reviews.

Things change — especially in shelter life. You can cancel a confirmed booking from your portal and the member automatically gets their hours back. We just ask that you cancel as early as you can.

Friendly, social dogs and cats who genuinely enjoy people. Dogs shine on walks, hikes, and outings; calm cats shine in quiet indoor visits. You know your animals best — enroll the ones who light up around new friends.

In your Partner Portal you set the days and times each animal is available, choose which visit lengths you offer (2, 4, or 8 hours), and block out any dates you need. Members can only request times you’ve opened.

A member spends relaxed time with the animal doing activities you’ve approved — a walk, an outing, or calm indoor company — for the visit length they booked. You’ll have the member’s booking details in advance, and you can message them through SNOOF before the visit.

No — partnering is free, and there’s never a cost to your organization. The verification steps (identity verification and vaccination review) are covered by SNOOF.
